Assembling exhibitor's own stand:

7.04 (Thursday) from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Preparing stands provided by the organizer:

7.04 (Thursday) 2 - 7 pm and 8.04 (Friday) 8 - 10 p.m.

Dismantling the stands:

10.04 (Sunday) 3 pm - midnight

Leaving the stands:

10.04 (Sunday) leaving the stand before 3 pm will be reported to the Organizer.

On assembling and dismantling the stands the Exhibitor is obliged to use the Exhibitors Passes. The Assembly Team is entitled to cost free passes valid only for the time of the assembling and dismantling the stand. The passes will be issued accordingly to the list provided by the Exhibitor. The list must be submitted to the Organizer via email no later than 7 days before the scheduled assembly day. The passes can be claimed at Trade Show Office the day before opening day, that is on 07.04 ( Thursday). All personnel without a valid pass will be turned out of the grounds of the Trade Show.

On assembly and dismantle day unloading cars will be admitted to the parking space at the Orbita Hall without a parking pass. The cars must leave the grounds of the Orbita Hall on the assemly day 7.04. (Thursday) no later than 8 p.m. and on the dismantle day 10.04 (Sunday) untill midnight.
